In my Monday night Basketball I was looking forward to our basketball game. They gave us a bye that sucked because I have nothing else to do on Monday night’s. So I just stayed home and watched some movies. This really cool movie was called eagle eye it is one of the best action movie I ever saw. It had a story line as well as hardcore action I liked it. It was about a kid who’s brother was in an operation called eagle eye. it is a massive computer that can see everything in the entire world this computer goes crazy and sets traps to kill the president. This kids brother dies trying to save the president and leaves clues on how to kill eagle eye you will have to watch the movie to find out how it ends I recommend you do.
Taupiri Vs Te Awamutu
Last Saturday I had a rugby game. It sucked because I was sick!! I ended out playing a full game though. I got sprigged in the leg hen I tackled their massive centre. I couldn’t believe how big their backs were! The game turned out 25-13 they won but it turned out they had 9 overweight people in their team and I am pretty sure it was their backs.
School Singing
My class has school singing and we have to go in front of the whole school and sing Tai Aroha a Maori song. I don’t know the words properly so I have to stand at the back and sing the song so know one can see me reading the words. It is going to be good because we can finally stop practising. The reason our class is in the finals because our Maori teacher Tracey made us sing Tai Aroha. When we sang it she said it sounded good. So we are in the finals with other classes its going to be hard!
Tai Taniwhas vs Pirongia Pouncers
We all got there at 6pm sharp. We were all ready for our game at 6:20pm. It was going to be awesome. We all went onto the court. The game was starting! I’m off for 5 minutes but I was cheering madly. I couldn’t wait until it was my turn to go onto the court. When it was my turn to go onto the court it was also my friend Connors turn. When we went on the score was tied 8 all. Me and Connor kept working together and getting scores. The end score was 51-18. We were owning the Pirongia Pouncers!! It was an awesome game. I hope you liked hearing about it.
Basket Ball
On Monday night I had a basket ball game. It was fun I got 3 goals {6 points}. it was an awesome game. My team won 22-15 we versed the Paterangi Giants. They had some really awesome players but we still won. It was really fun. I can’t wait until next Monday. I will tell you what the score is and tell you how much I got. I think we are going to win. My Rugby Game
My team was running to the field. We thought we might lose against our arch rivals Kihikihi. But we all knew we were going to try our hardest to try and win. It was their kick off they booted it. It was coming for the forwards and Kahu caught the ball and made a sprint for the line and got tackled. That started a scrum. We got it back out to the fullback. Zak had an awesome run and got really close to the try line and got tackled. He passed it back and then a guy made a run but got tackled. Zak backed him up, got the ball and got a really mean try. Nobody could catch him. That made the score 7 – 0, it was Kihikihi’s ball the 2nd five got a try. He bowled everyone who tried to tackle him. It was half time the score was 7-7, it was tied. I was playing in the second half so we were going to win!!! The second half started with a bang. Everyone was determined to win. So we were head to head with our rivals. Everyone thought “it’s going to be hard”. It ended out we won 19-7. It shows that we were just paranoid and that we were going to lose.
Literacy Quiz
I did a literacy quiz for my school it was alright. I thought it would be boring because I am not really good at literacy and im surprise’d that I made it into the lit quiz team. It turned out that I actually got some of the quiestions that no one else in my group got right so I helped out a lot. I felt pretty proud of myself. It was an awesome experience and I am doing another one next week and then after that I am going to get a badge on my school jersey!!!!
I Hate Flies
Me Joseph Climo moved out to a farm for the 2nd time!!!!! I like farms to ride my motorbike on but that is about it. I hate that there is soooo much flies its horrible!! But we got a automatic spray can it works but theres so much of them that it cant kill all of them they just keep coming this sucks!!!!!
Wellington
My class all came to school on the 29th of march at 8:00 am in the morning. All of us were really tired and it was cold as well my mother is one of the parent helpers on camp.In everyone’s mind was what will our cabins like what are we going to do on the bus.We put our bags on the bus and me and my friend decided that we where going to play cards we played a game called scum it was fun but it only lasted for about 2 hours and then we had 7 hours left so I thought I would have some time to play on my Nintendo ds it ended out I played it until the battery went flat witch was about 3 hours i was playing a game called brain training i got my brain age as 31 the highest you can do is 20 so in my opinion i did really well it was SO boring for the rest of the trip but it was alright because i was so excited about camp when we got there we had about 2 hours to play on this massive jumping mat we played scrag it was so fun and the best thing was I could bowl people when I had the ball IT WAS AWESOME!!!!! on Monday we went to this wildlife sanctuary the guy that told us about it was awesome but the actual thing wasn’t that interesting I didn’t like it overall it was definitely not my top 5 favourite for future reference this is my top 5:sound house,On TV,wellington Zoo ,H20 extreme pool,Parliament and that’s my top 5 back to the subject on Tuesday we went on this massive ferry back to cards i thought and guess what……. We did start playing cards it was fun i won most of the games I had huge luck. In picton me my mum josh and Hamish found the cheapest shop ever we got a pie for $1.50 and chips for $1.40 we also got a 1.5l drink for 90 cents !! it was so cheap I loved that shop I recommend it to anybody looking for a bargain. The next day we went to a lot of museum’s it was interesting but boring at the same time we went to museum like art ones and war ones and a lot more I wont bore you with all of the stuff we did i will just skip to the next day group A went to sound house it was so fun I made a pretty good music video if you would like to see it go to<a href=”http://www.capitale.org.nz”> www.capitale.org.nz </a>that was the last thing we did and we slept our last day in those cabins and went back to Te Awamutu it was a awesome trip I loved it !!!!
